Data Processing Addendum

This DPA forms part of the agreement between you (the data controller) and Realeqty, Inc. (the data processor) for the processing of personal data in connection with the service.

Scope

Applies to any personal data processed by Realeqty on your behalf, including data relating to your stakeholders, employees and board members.

Subprocessors

A current list is available at https://eqty-fintech-os.lovable.app/security and updated when changes occur. We provide at least 30 days notice before adding a new subprocessor.

Security

We maintain administrative, physical and technical safeguards described in our security policy, audited annually under SOC 2.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred across jurisdictions, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

Breach notification

We notify affected customers without undue delay (within 72 hours) of becoming aware of a personal data breach.
