Beta Program — These terms govern use of Realeqty during the closed beta period. They will be updated before general availability.

This policy explains what we collect, why and how you can control it. It applies to everyone who uses Realeqty — founders, admins, employees, board members and investors.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, role), workspace data (cap table, grants, approvals you submit), and usage telemetry (which pages, which actions — never key strokes or financial inputs).

Why we collect it

To provide the service, support you, improve the product and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data.

Where it lives

You pick a region at workspace setup: US, EU, India or Singapore. Data and backups stay within region.

Your rights

Access, correction, portability and deletion — subject to legal retention. Email beta@realeqty.app to exercise any right.
